Patch 0.13: Night Shift

One clock now drives the lightmap, sky, fog, shadows and every street lamp in the city. Night is darker, and that matters: witnesses see less, and crews plan around it.

New arrivals get a guided first night. You are fed, employed and in a real scene inside your first hour, instead of reading a wall of rules.

The F4 city guide replaces the old shop menu entirely, with every desk, job and service in one place.
